What's the minimum order quantity? add
MOQ varies by market, channel, and SKU mix. We're not going to publish a number here — it would be wrong for half the people reading it. Talk to us. We'll tell you in the first call.
Do you offer exclusive territory rights? add
Sometimes. Exclusivity is earned through volume commitment, marketing investment, and operational fit — not handed out by default. We're open to the conversation in any of our priority markets.
What support do you provide on marketing and localization? add
A full asset kit (product photography, renders, video, brand guidelines), localized packaging where it makes sense, and co-marketing budget for launches in priority markets. The brand is the brand — your local execution gets our full backing.
Where do you ship from? add
EU warehouse in the Netherlands, US warehouse in Nevada. Both ship globally. Customs and import are coordinated with your team based on the destination market.
Can we sell on Amazon, retail, our own ecom — all of the above? add
Channel mix is part of the conversation. Some channels carry brand-protection requirements (MAP, presentation standards, fulfillment SLAs). We work through it together rather than handing you a rulebook.
What's the lead time on first shipment after agreement? add
Typically 4–8 weeks from signed agreement to shelves, depending on volume, customization, and shipping destination. Ground stock for popular SKUs is usually available faster.
